Senior Account Executive
We are seeking senior level investor relations/public relations executives to plan and implement strategic communications programs for technology companies.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing strategic guidance in all areas of investor relations, answering institutional and retail investor calls, buyside and sellside targeting, planning and attending roadshows, writing conference call scripts, presentations, Q&A documents and press releases, and interacting with business and financial media.

Education and experience:
Three to 5 years experience in investor relations required. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communications as well as knowledge of the financial markets and SEC regulations. Some travel also required. BA in communications or finance-related field preferred.

Senior Account Executives

Senior Public Relations Specialist
We are seeking a senior public relations specialist to plan and execute client activities in a proactive manner with minimal direction. Senior public relations specialists are expected to be able to independently plan and execute activities in a timely, efficient and high quality manner.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and editing high quality written materials including press releases, fact sheets, backgrounders, biographies, tour reports, briefing books, speaking opportunity abstracts, pitch letters, Q & A's, and general client correspondence, being the primary and ongoing contact on the client's behalf to press and analysts, managing press and analyst tours, keeping programs on track and ensuring program deadlines are met while handling multiple projects.

Education and experience:
Skills required include strong written and verbal skills in both informal and formal client and business settings, solid understanding of public relations and marketing principles, strategic planning and implementation, strong client relations skills, proven ability to effectively organize and manage resources, demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, efficiency in word processing, database management and online research and a demonstrated ability to work well with others in both team and independent environments

Minimum of three years public relations experience, with some agency background, preferred. BA degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, English or PR-related discipline.

Senior Public Relations Specialist

Executive Administrative Assistant
This position will support one of the firm’s vice presidents in all aspects of client care. No investor relations experience is necessary but candidates must possess strong organizational skills and computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Three to 5 years of experience is required, preferably at the executive level. This position will interface regularly with Stapleton’s executive clients and will support all investor and public relations activities including the preparation of clients’ quarterly financial announcements, investor roadshow itineraries and corporate press releases. This position will also support certain administrative functions of the firm.
